Privacy
Effective September 14, 2026.
Downtown Jon Brown uses only the information and services needed to operate this site, respond to booking inquiries, and send show alerts that visitors request.
Information you provide
When you submit a booking inquiry, the site may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or venue, and the event details you choose to provide. When you request show alerts, the site collects your email address and, if supplied, your city.
How information is used
Booking information is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, discuss availability and fit, and maintain necessary business records. Show-alert information is used to send the updates you requested. Personal information submitted through these forms is not sold or rented.
Services used by this site
WordPress.com and Jetpack provide hosting, security, and site statistics. HubSpot provides the booking and show-alert forms. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect forms from abuse. These services may process technical information, including IP address, device and browser information, referring page, and approximate location, according to their own privacy practices.
Cookies and embedded content
The site and its service providers may use cookies or similar storage for security, form operation, preferences, and aggregated analytics. YouTube content loads after you choose to play it. Links to social networks, venues, ticket providers, and other sites are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, business records, security, or legal obligations. Show-alert emails include an unsubscribe option. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records that must reasonably be retained.
